flushing out the motor oil out of the transmission

Has anyone posted the process for flushing out the motor oil out of the transmission on here? I have the M1088A1 with the external behind the cab cooler. Also what sort of quantity of fluid am I looking at?

Here is one good thread on ATF swap, though it is not for a rig with the big oil cooler, but you should be able to use the info from it along with some logical changes you conjure up to get her all flushed. Below is link
