Fuel fitting size...

So this week I gots lots of fun things happening. Oil filter base adapter (if it shows up in the mail), paint touchups and a fuel filter base mod. The new base is a Fleetguard 142784S with a LF1212 filter. My question is I know the filter base side is 7/8-14 or -10AN ORB, the truck fuel lines use SAE size. What size are they? SAE isn't common in Canada unlike NPT, ORB or JIC because the Metric system invaded us and won. So I'll probably have to special order fittings for this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Inverted flare on the M809-series. 1/2" supply and 3/8" return. I believe the M939-series is the same.
