Fuel gauge is stuck on past full all the time on my cucv, is that a stuck float inside the tank? Stays in the same postion with out power on.
How hard to fix rhis?

Not so likely the float. There is a coil of wire that the float swings a contact along, creating different electrical resistance as it does so. Wire can be broken. Contact bad, or just a bad connection or shorted area in a wire where you can get at it. Also, try pushing the gauge back into it's clips better, which involves a lot of dash removal, including being very careful around the shift indicator.

Sounds like a bad ground. At the tank.
