fuel leak

I left my m1009 running while i went in the house to grab something and when i returned,three to four min max, i noticed a drip, i looked under the truck an found fuel coming from around the fuel filter has any one ever had this happen?

The leaky preasure sensor on the filter base is a known issue. Been discussed many time.

Solutions are:

replace with spin-on filter
remove sensor and install plug
find another filter base

Of course it could be a bad fliter or the drain valve needs tightening. YMMV
