Hello all,
The Gen 2 light is staying on in my son's 1985 M1028. I performed Tow4's test (Testing the Alternator on the Vehicle | SteelSoldiers ) and got excellent results, except for the part of step 2 which states "With the ignition switch on, regulator plug terminal #1 (closest to the B+ post) should read around 12 volts." I got a reading of 5.36 V. All other readings indicate the alternator is working. Any advice on what to try next?
Many thanks.
