Gm nv4500, what engines did they come with?

I can't seem to fine a straight answer with Google, so I'll ask here.

What engines did GM give the option of having an nv4500 behind?
I saw that the 6.5 in the 90s had it, but what gas engines?

GM used the 4500 behind the 5.7, 7.4, 6.2 and 6.5. (Dodge used them behind the 5.2, 5.9, 5.9TD, and the V10)
