Wow. It's a little heavy.

I'm the tall guy in the blue shirt. Note the dazed (crazed?) look in my eyes after unloading.

Now it's time to measure EVERYTHING and prepare tough for the 1 day swap fest. Oh yeah, that, and also swap the 4th gear. On the bright side, these mechanical diesels look to be cake to hook up. I have been VERY tempted to throw a coffee can of #2 under the fuel inlet and apply 12v to the starter some afternoon. <img src="emoticons/icon_smile_headbanger.gif" alt="Headbanger">
