Gov shutdown and GP waiting period

Hello,
Does anyone know if the Gov shutdown interfered with GP paperwork and the EUC waiting time?

It did not seem to interfere with mine.

Auction ended 12/07/18
My first time EUC started 12/11/18 and was approved/DLA letter sent by the 18th.
Got Pickup approval by 01/03/19.
Got truck 01/07/19
SF 97 arrived 01/24/19

Seems like the system was humming along.

I just got my DLA 2/4/19
EUC was submitted for approval 12/17/18
