Obtained two rare ground monitors, and as we have the even rarer U.K. To U.S. hose and coupling adaptors, We were able to test out the function, clean the 'waterworks' out, and prepare for the demonstration at an upcoming event. Which will have an M45-530C, V ,Green Goddess 'fight!'..

That looks like fun! The truck looked like it was under a good load, what RPM does it run at to power the pump(s)? What was the deal with the color of the water when you first started? Rust in the truck or rust from the water source?

Just for the test it was running at 'tick over'. Then ben upped the R.P.M. to 1500, which is the true pumping speed. The "colour" was a 'clean out' long time no use colour!. It runs clean now. And over the holiday period this weekend we are going to run run it thoroughly with a full load of water. 18th of June we have an invite to a large county show to display the truck, and compete with a green goddess. That should be really interesting.
