GSA has the current contract for selling military construction equipment. GSA personnel are only at the base for 10 days at a time every 60 days for their large auctions. At Red River Army depot the location of the item can be anywhere on the base. The base personnel will load or jumpstart with a MaxxPro wrecker. GSA site guys will contact them for help.
You will enter thru the Commercial gate, GSA staff will come to the gate to meet you and escort you to the item location. You will need valid ID for background check, current insurance and vehicle registration to clear checkpoint.
