I have a set of heavy duty aluminum sponsons and deck lid that I am mounting to my M998. Is anyone aware of a military parts diagram that goes with these parts?

Have you looked at the tech manuals linked on the first page of the HMMWV forum? Start at figure 268 and see if that gets you what you need. Good Luck!
