Help troubleshooting left side running lights/turn signal stopped working

1986 M998 here. I am trying to figure out where to start troubleshooting. One day I noticed the front and rear Left side running lights and turn signals don't light up. Any help would be appreciated on where to start figuring this out. My turn stalk does not light up and blink when I press it down for a left turn. It blinks for the right turn signal. Thanks in advance.

In the TM 9 2320-387-24-1 section 2 pages 2-375 thru 2-383 are the flow charts to help troubleshoot electrical problems with the lights. It covers all the common problems with turn signals, brakes, and the master light switch. It's a good thing to get to know for times like this when your HMMWV has problems. It's a free download on many websites and it will walk you thru in a simple, straightforward way.
