Help with carborator....

I am new to big MV (have a 47 Willys CJ2A) and I am getting a 52' Studebaker M35 gasser in 2 weeks. It has a 331cu Contenental gas engine in it. Its main issue engine-wise is a carb that needs re-building. I was wondering if anyone either has one that is good and would sell it OR someone that can point me twoard a good (and in-expensive) source for a rebuild. Anyone know what model/make carb it should be? I have pics of the engine if anyone will e-mail me direct I can send them the pic.

The original carb is a Holley 885-ffg. A manual can be found here:

Rebuild kits should be available from the usual military parts houses. If you do a google search, you should also be able to find them from specialty carb rebuild houses.

There was also a zenith replacement carb.
