HMMWV Hard Doors

Hello Folks, I have a project that i am thinking of doing. I would like to know if any of you out there have access to a full set of Hard doors? What i am needing help to do is this, I am looking for a 3d scan of the full set. I have my Humvee here in Brazil but i would like to get some hard doors for them. I have looked into buying the in the US and shipping the but the price of shipping and purchase stateside is astronomical, and not feasible. so here is where my project come in, I am going to build my own hard doors here. If is can get a 3-D scan of a set interior and exterior I have a guy that can fabricate just about anything. Labor is cheap here but without an actual set it is nearly impossible, and as you may have guessed there are not many Humvees around here. So, If anyone has a set that can do a scan and send it to me i would be greatly appreciative. PM me if you would like to help me on this project. and also i am duly open to any and all comments or suggestions you al may have for me.

I'm thinking. of building my own doors also. The doors seem very simple with a single bend crease in the middle of the door. I'm thinking of making templates out of 1/4 plywood then using fiberglass to strengthen them. Then trying to size windows from another vehicle, use the whole window regulator with window for the glass. Need to find a car/truck with a 15" x 24" window, and near flat as possible.

Anyone else ever try that?
