Part # on mine is 23500012 (What I found in another thread was not correct.)
Haven't had any luck finding one of these. Searching for an hour, found a couple of threads where people have had the same problem I did. Bottom bolt was welded to the threads of the crossover. Trying to change the thermostat, bottom bolt how broke.

I'm going to try the part number at some junk yards tomorrow but I have a feeling if they don't find the #, then they'll ask me year, make and model.

I'm wondering if it's the as on an early 1990's 2500 HD or 1995 Hummer H1 6.5? Need to find gaskets as well.

Thanks

I got mine off ebay. I'm not sure if any civilian crossover will work because it needs the port for the tsu for the glow plug controller and the port for the fan switch.

Thanks. Not finding the 23500012 for my 6.2 on ebay. Are these interchangeable? The only difference I see from the pictures is an threaded hole for a hose fitting that connects to the waterpump. On the 12554091 for the 6.5, it rounds out to the front. On mine it's on the bottom.

I just bought one from Kascar and one from Eastern Surplus. Both part #23500012. One weird problem I am running into, though, is that the threads in the port for the TSU don't seem correct as the TSU will only screw in about half way. Anybody else have this issue?

The 6.2 hose fitting is on the bottom where the 6.5 is more to the front. I have a 6.5 crossover on my 6.2 and it works fine, though I didnt use a stock hose but just cut some to length. As for the tsu threads it isn't supposed to thread all the way in, it's like a pipe fitting. As long as it doesn't leak it should be fine.

Thanks. I'll order a 6.5 and see what happens.
