I picked up an old model KS-15075 "Engine Alternator" 1.5KW Genset. It's 115V and even came with a power cord that has a connector that plugs into one of the three factory outlets. The Homelite tag calls it model 13A115-17.
The insides look clean too!
I've attached a pic of what I think are the high voltage connectors. I'd like to have a set of plugs to connect to them.
Oh, if anyone has a spare cover plate for that bottom part of the alternator end, I'd like to buy it. I'm also looking for a source for the plugs to use with those or the 2-pin 24V socket on the front.
For now I need to see about getting the fuel shut-off switch un-stuck. At least it's stuck in the on position.
