Horn ground wire diode replacement

Does anyone know what kind of diode or a part number for a diode to replace the in wire diode in the horn circuit? This is the wire that goes from the horn to ground. I found one post here that said they thought it was a 3 amp diode.

Just took mine apart. Broken, allows current both ways.
OEM part number is 1N5645A
Figured it might help someone in the future.
