How can I go about getting title in PA

I got a 5 ton that had a MKT with it . The truck had a title the MKT had issues and the guy only had a bill of sale for it but never titled it. I tried to get a bill of sale from him for it and well ghost.. I have it fixed and ready to go. I just didn't know how I could go about getting it titled here in PA.
