How to add thermostat flow control to red dot ac?

I've been seeing thermostat flow controls all over ebay recently and I was wondering how they fit in wire-wise to the red dot ac system?

I have been having to turn the ac on and off when the weather is warm but not hot, and since the fans do not stay on when you turn off the compressor I thought a thermostat would work a lot better.

Does the reddot kit have just ON/OFF? or does it have OFF/LOW/HI positions?

It has a master on/off switch and a high/medium/low fan switch. Blower only turns on when the master switch is on.
