Hub shim tool

[Reworked LMTV]

Some time ago I recall seeing a tool for sale to adjust the hub shims. Can't seem to find it now. Anyone know where I can get one? Thank you.

straight edge to lay across the machined surface, a dial indicator depth gauge, a calculator. pretty much all you need.

I've seen a few. One was made from a hub (I think), one was 3D printed, and one looked like it was a production tool.

Members here made the first two I mentioned.

You will need a caliper or depth gauge plus the following parts to complete the hub setup check - Pinion O-Rings (4 per hub). Viton, Size 120 O-Rings. If you do not already have shim kits, order them before you do any work.
