Yeah that picture is not from Huntington Beach --kinda looks like a scam. Website down and email address is in Europe. Try the phone number listed

The email adress indeed hints to the Czech Republic, a direct neighbour country of ours. The photo would fit that, looks eastern European. But I never heard of that shop. Might be some new business idea someone is trying to launch, possibly with a partner in the US. Not neccessarily a scam, but I´d still be very cautious.
