Hey guys, I am beginning a new research project. As a part of this, I am looking for International Harvester (only, at this time) contract numbers on five tons (not manufacturer's serial numbers - but contract numbers).

If ya'll could check your data plates and post this info (or email it to me), it would sure help.

Thanks,
David Doyle

Jeff, isn't gimp's IH wrecker at your place?

Oh yea, thanks for the reminder Stretch.
Now where did I put that "Title Application for Abandoned Vehicle" form ? ! ?

Hi,
I am new to your site. I am trying to solve a mystery regarding a plate I found in my Dad's 1959 Plymouth Fury.
It is a approx 5x3" bronze plate with make/model info as well as a Contract number DA 20 113 ORD 24527
It has a USMC registration box that appears to be blank and a FSN number 2310 542 2785. My Dad is deceased and
I don't know who to ask what this plate is, or what significance it had with regard to his Plymouth Fury. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
