In-cab noise under 70dB, doable?

I read that while moving, the M35A2's cab noise is around 100dB.

If I route the exhaust to the rear of the vehicle and add a muffler, should I be able to get it under 70? (street speed, ~35mph)

How about if I also insulate the firewall, engine hood, and damp the floor / various areas, to lower resonant frequency?

Thoughts? Thanks!

Exhaust routed to the rear and a muffler added brought mine to 84 decibels at 55mph, right around 70 at idle. Not insulated yet.
