This is just a message to all members here. If you haven't replaced your injection pump hoses then get a set from Gimpyrobb now. Ever pump I tore down and inspected had bad hoses. They looked great on the outside, but the inside was breaking down. Also be careful when removing the line on the block. That brass fitting can break real easy ! I had to dig mine out of the block after it broke flush. I replaced it with a stainless steel fitting.

looks like I'm late to the party on this one.

Can you guys tell me what the threads are so I can have some hoses made? Unless GimpyRobb still has sets available...

RustyStud, do you recall what stainless steel fitting you used? I ruined my fitting removing it and I'm not sure if I still have it or accidentally threw it away. Hopefully I can pick another one up from Williams Oil Filter in Fife

Are you referring to the block fitting ? That was a 45degree 1/4" NPT by 4AN fitting. I had "Hydraulic Supply" in Kirkland WA. build-up the hoses for me. Now if you broke or lost the "special" two way fitting mounted on the injection pump then your in a bit of trouble. They cannot be found. I made up one myself. I posted how I did it here, somewhere. I'll try and find it for you.

That would be awesome if you find it, and I will search also. It was the two way fitting that was smashed when I removed it, figuring I could replace it easily. The education continues!
