Injector pump In Northern suburbs IL?

Hey guys, my M1009 is currently in the shop getting some work done (Rebuild throttle body and injector pump) Its been there for 4 days now, they are still waiting to get a rebuilt injector pump and havnt had much luck so far. I was just wondering where you guys got your pumps rebuilt. Maybe I could send the name over to the mechanic to try and speed things up here.

Just curious for those who got theirs rebuilt, how much did he charge and what's the turn around time? Sorry not trying to hijack your thread Mudder.

as i recall, all that happens to these pumps is that the drive collar for the goveror comes apart and puts lots of shreads of its self in the pump causing it to quit. i have always just taken them apart, cleaned them and put new drive collar in. just be sure to leave all the settings where they are. i am just assuming most of this since this pump looks just like the pumps i did years age. 'rebuilt' is probably a streach, most likely they are just tested.

if they told you they are putting in a rebuilt 'throttle body', you probably want to run. (somewhere else)
