Installing a PTO Winch on a M35A2

I've been considering a PTO winch but I can't find any online neither have I seen anyone install one. I'm just curious how difficult this will and will I need a different transfer case as well?

There's no need to swap the tcase. Install is a moderate chore.

A much easier install is a 24v warn 18k.

Oh it’s easy to install, just a bolt on. Only tricky part is getting the gear lash right when bolting the PTO to the transmission. Transfer case is untouched.
