I want to update this older thread with some information I hope other M10A owners may find helpful about this topic.

I have two of these machines and neither has the filter list in the technical manual. Both my machines were rebuilt by the military at some point and both have exactly the same filter and it is not documented anywhere that I have found. The filter on my machines look exactly like the one in the manual on the OUTSIDE, however they have a bolt that runs through the housing and filter and into the filter head. If yours is like mine then the filter can be purchased from NAPA and the part number is 1181. I’ll attach a picture of the old cartridge from inside my filter housing.
