Iola 2015 recap w/pics

Had a great time this year! Last year was more of a recon thing. We showed up Friday, bought some stuff, and scooted out of there.

This year was great. Met a lot of great folks. Had a lot of great conversation. Picked up some great items on my list!

It rained most of the day Friday. That was frustrating. But, we made the best of it and recovered nicely today. Here are some of the only pics that I got.

Made it home this morning and except for it raining all day long on Friday it was a great show. Everybody up there treated me like family and kept me well fed and watered. It always amazes me in this hobby how you can have great friendships with folks you only see once a year.

Just kidding but this is why I don't own a wielder!

Sorry I missed you there. I got in around noon Friday, but it wasn't very conducive to walking around. If you noticed the big 105mm gun up by the truck row, that's my buddy Tom's and that was where I spent a lot of time. Thanks for the pictures!

Thanks for taking some pics of the rat truck. Second best part was the lantern headlights. Best part was the driver's position - straddling the engine!
