Don't start high - use the auto bid - mine went under what you are wanting to give.
BUT - go and check out the truck - start - run if you can - my GL rep here let me start all of the ones for sale and told me what he knew about them.
Crawl under and check on shafts and runing gear, some times the struts are broke on a back axel.
Do a pre drive out check before you bid or find some one close that will do one for you.
This site has some of the best people around to help when they can. And more information than you could get anywhere.
