im still tryiong to figure out the pic posting on this thread sorry guys
When you want to post a photo, at the time you are replying or writing, select manage attachments, then choose file and upload from your photo file. It is really easy, if you have online storage, right click on the photo, select save image as, deposit it in a file on your drive you can find and the above will work. By doing this, this site will not wind up with a bunch of dead image links and we do not have to leave the site to see your images.

I am looking forward to the day when I finally get to hear my deuce sing.... I should be plenty tired of the song before I get home. Up until now, I always wanted a whistler. I suspect since I am getting up there in age, I will probably be looking for a new turbo later. Glen

so when you finally get one - are ya going to ride the curbing in the courthouse parking ramps out there

Good to see ya here. Welcome as a member to the MV fanatical world.

A lot of folks get the model of unit in Rambo wrong and no harm and no foul - just get your chit together now and get it right the next time :jumpin: hahahahahahah.

If you look real close and pause and forward and pause - he looses a lot of major components on the jump over the cops - like a fuel tank - go watch again.
I think it about time you paint that Toyota MV OD green.

Sweet yota with some serious flex, whats it measure on the ramp? Ive got a 90' yota and looking forward to swapping out the IFS, but I as well have gotten addicted to MVs. Always wanted a humvee but they are to expensive and seen the deuces on movies and such, but once i found out that you could own one I said "Ive gotta have one". Now I have 2. M36A2 and M35A3.
Welcome to the site.

That wasn't a M-35 in the movie, it was a M-211

Nope! it was an M135, which was owned by a good friend. After the jump, it was not capable of 35 MPH on the flat. He bought a replacement, and we bought that sweet one off of him when he down-sized!

If you ever up North of the border, stop in an have a look! Might even let you drive..... Maybe!

Stan,
Do you remember what happened to the truck ? I haven't seen the movie in years but I do remember seeing the truck jump over two sheriff's cars and crashing down on the road, wheels a-wobbling and Rambo grumbling.

This site has tons of info on the deuce. It also has the actual tech manuals. Read all you can. The deuce is cool but it takes a lot of preventive maintenance and a knowledgable driver.
