ATTENTION ALL PNW STEELSOLDIERS
Junior League of Olympia, a non-profit that works with at risk children has requested some vehicles for an event this weekend, I know this is short notice, but this is a really good organization. If you call Bridget, she'll send you a registration form, she also will waive the fee since we are volunteering out time.

Arrive at: 9:00 AM
Please enter the parking lot via the East entrance lining up in front of Sears. A volunteer will provide you with an entry packet and escort you to your designated space.
After parking you can leave the site, however we ask that you return to your truck by 9:45 a.m.
Event Date: Saturday, July 30th
Time: Event open to the public from 10am until 6pm
Bring: Child friendly props related to your specific speciality for children to wear, hold, or use. We'd like to encourage kids to interact with your vehicle if possible.
Provided: Coffee and donuts will be provided in the morning along with a voucher for a free Combo-Meal with drink. Volunteers will be available to provide you with restroom breaks.
Reminder: Vehicles must have their own insurance and have a member of your organization with them at all times. Participants are responsible for their set up and take down.
Your participation may be tax deductible under IRS section 501(c) (3), Tax ID #: 91-1371805
Thank you for your participation and attendance at this event. We are actively marketing the event to ensure community attendance. We look forward to seeing you there!
