This site is great for Heavy Metal, however I use www.G503 for my GPW project. Hope I haven't broke any rules or offended anyone. This is my favorite site, unless I'm looking for my next project on GL!!

Body looks solid, that is the most important thing. Tow bar, roll bar, wheels, tires, mirrors, steering wheel, windshield and locking hubs are all not original to the vehicle. Someone did a nice job painting the registration number on the hood. Good luck with it!

When your done with the photo op what will you do with it? Possibly sell it? If so I call first dibbs

We are actually building a tourist FOB or "compound" that will have several stationay GPW's, M-151's on the property and Deuces running up and down the Las Vegas Strip promoting our machinegun rentals.

I'm sending some of my guys down to Southern California next week to pick up some Mk84 500-pound bombs (filled with cement) for more photo ops and we picked up five B-52G drop tanks that will have fins welded to the bottom and positioned vertically as the customer drives through the entrance.

So, we won't be selling them. I just want to get them somewhat correct and painted so people can take pictures in them.

thanks,
Ron

Double your bets, both sites have many of the experts that you require, some are on both, the others have their preferences.

No matter, restore it and post as many pics as you can find time to do.

The rest of us love MV Porn!

Be extremely careful with that M151A1. They will roll over when you least expect it.

MK84s are 2000 pound bombs. MK82s are 500 pounds.

I see this is an old posting, hopefully you see it. You mention the jeeps are props so people can get their pictures in them.
Why not add "Prop" clothing and accessories such as the old time western places do. have to where your store is the Photo Studio.
Just a thought.

We are already planning on it and it's on the list of things to do. We will be purchasing uniforms from WWII, Vietnam and GWOT as our employees will also be dressed in period uniform depending on the day of the week. The one thing you won't see at our property are the hot shorts and bikinis that everybody would expect at a Vegas property. There's enough of that stuff here in Vegas and we want to have a place that a family can come have a good time, even if they decide not to shoot a machinegun.

Also, we bought a Huey for the property to mount on a 4 story tower. Once the contractor is finished with all the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and structural, we will pull another permit to mount it and our special use permit already allows us to run a zip line from the Huey.

Here are some pics of the property. The lower/left side of the property is a Google image of the property with the a rendering of the property. The upper/right side of the property is the adjoining lot we just acquired. We are doing the walk through on the other side this afternoon.

Here are some pics...
