LMTV - Brake Can Question

I'm wanting to replace my rear brake cans/chambers and the fronts. Does anyone have any part numbers or cross references for them. I'd like to buy them from napa or some parts house locally.

Yes. The solution is to go to the "LMTV & FMTV Parts Spreadsheet" for those part numbers. 3rd post in the LMTV Forum...


AND you need to BE CAREFUL...
Cage those brakes before you open the clamshell or you will get to EAT SPRING!

Depends on the year of the vehicle, from Napa mine were 4 each HD12D for the rear and 2 each HD16D for the front. I think, LOL!!! I took a picture of the receipt and thats what's on it but I remember the first time I ordered them I ordered the wrong size for one of them. You can always take them off and measure them to be sure.

Why? Why not just replace the diaphragms? It's super easy to swap them. Takes a few minutes per. I made a post about it. Apparently the older trucks use smaller diaphragms on I think the rear..... Read the thread and all the replies:
