LMTV M1079 Engine Block Heater

Have a 1995 Stewart & Stevenson LMTV M1079. Looking for the correct engine block heater so I can use it year round in the North East. Its difficult to start when it gets in the 20's. Any recommendations on the correct/best block heater or better ways to improve cold starts?? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

If you look in the ZeroStart online PDF catalog, they specifically have one listed for the 3116 engine.
