Ok, just to start it off. I have done my research on lockout hubs and I want to put a set on my truck. What I need to know is can they be used on a truck with a sprag. I found one old post that said no, but that was all I found. It didn't say why either. So I just want to honestly know will it work on my truck with a sprag or will it harm something?

Nope, not going to work. The rear driveshaft will spin up to 7% faster than the front. Once you're over that point, the sprag applies and spins the front driveshaft. So if you put lockout hubs on it, it's just going to spin the front driveshaft.

Won't hurt a thing. On the other hand, you won't gain a thing either. The sprag will sense that the front end is slipping and engage it. More complex than that but its the basics.

Well thats good to know before spending that much cash. So if I did it everything would still spin but the power won't be put to the front wheels?

it will work, just do the air switch mod to the sprag.
This is for a deuce. They use a shift linkage off the transmission. 5 tons use air lines from the top plate of the transmission to forward/reverse the sprag. Cutting the air to a 5 ton t-case "neturals" it.
