This has already been covered in the "Upgrade Complete" thread. But if you look to the far right of your screen name at the top right on your screen you will see a "Lock" icon. That is the log out button

But wouldn't someone wanting to "Logout" naturally look for a "Logout" button/link? A "lock" link doesn't connote logging out. There is no 'mouse-over' feature either to tell you that is what it is. May be an opportunity for improvement.
