Looking for a good diesel mechanic near Letterkenny

A good friend of mine has a truck outside of Letterkenny that has some issues. Basically, the truck will run, but it runs roughly and makes "sounds" above an idle (I am not sure what those "sounds" are...this is all I was told). It could be as simple as dirty injectors, or it could be something more serious. Unfortunately, he deployed to Iraq and can't work on the truck himself. Does anyone know of a good diesel mechanic that can help diagnose the problem and possibly fix it?
