Lost m1102 grease cap

Does anyone know where I can pick up a grease cap for a M1102 trailer hub?

Not sure how, but lost one on the way home last week.

NAPA has many many sizes, you will need the ID of the end of the hub.

I measured 2-5/8th inches and tried several automates shops, but didn't check NAPA yet.

I will post a part number if I find one at NAPA and after I test fit it on the hub.

I bought one from tractor supply. I don't remember te part number but it was for a 6,000lb axle.

eTrailer has several options of this size. I like these the best of the few different options I have tried.

Here is the cap available at NAPA and the part number on box in picture.


The link above is a better match to what was on the trailer before. This one is thinner metal with a lip around the edge, vs the large mushroom looking military cap.

The trailer M110x manual has it listed as

Fulton Grease Cap - 2.722" Outer Diameter - 1-7/16" Tall - Drive In

I would assume any cap which is 2.72" diameter is going to work.
