M1009 10 bolt Rear Diff Fluid

I am sorry if this has been posted before, I tried searching but couldn't find anything. I am changing my rear diff fluid and was wondering what it takes. I have a 86 M1009 with the gov lock (gov-bomb). First, does it take 80w90 and if so synthetic or regular and do you need any additive for it, thank you all in advance!!!
