M1009 question, Has anyone armor plated?

to make them literally bullet-proof?

WOW and to think I thought guys ask me strange questions when I go out in public driving a CUCV. That I would like to see. A bulletproof CUCV. Lets just say it's a little more bulletproof then a tin can would be. That's for sure.

I don't need to bulletproof my M1009. My tinfoil hat keeps me protected.
