M1083A1 no CTIS Controller

After 6 months and 12 days of waiting, I finally got my M1083A1!

Now that I know that it runs, it's time to get it all sorted out.

The CTIS controller is missing from my truck and my question is -- can I run it that way while I'm waiting to hear back from the Arduino guy?

What happens to the tire pressures? I hear relays clicking in the cab, but not sure if that's for the air ride or something else?

While the truck sat at GP, tires held air. Yesterday, when my truck arrived, I noticed that the front driver tire was lower than the rest, so I manually aired up all six tires to 85PSI.

The question is -- On a non-leaking system, will that pressure hold, or are all tires interconnected and share the air between them?

If ECU is missing you should not hear relays clicking, they are controlled by the ECU. You can put air in the tires even without CTIS. If some tire loose air you need to check why, otherwise you need a lot of air due air leaks..

Well you may hear relays clicking, but they have nothing to do with CTIS.

No controller, no CTIS function. The controller needs to close a valve and add some air at the PCU to “connect” all the tires together By opening the wheel valves. Without a controller this cannot Happen...

so fill And check them at each Wheel with an air chuck like most any other tire...

if you have a tire loosing air you may have a leaking wheel valve... you can confirm this by loosening and removing the banjo and bagging the banjo to see if any air is making it past the wheel valve...
