Saw this on Craigslist for $950. Looks like a mid-50s GMC deuce, elongated frame? The price is right. Guess it will take the right buyer for this beast...

in the 1992 Wheels & Tracks magazine article about the G-749 GMC trucks,they list these trucks with 3 different wheelbase dimensions,distance from centerline of front axle to the centerline of the 2 rear axles as follows ,144 in.,156 in,and 192 in. size from just looking at the picture this one looks like the192 in. model,according to the magazine this is a pretty rare size truck,prolly take a 60 acre field to turn it around in ,lol,someone should try to get this one,the price seems ok,really long wheelbase would be hard to park it anywhere,still a rare pc of OD iron

Looks like it has 10 new tires as well - that's worth the price alone! Located in San Fransisco area by the looks of the ad...

Link says listing expired...would like to see it...We have Whittenburg conversions for farmers around here that were professionally stretched. Would like to see the pix of this one...
