M200A1 into 5th wheel dolly

I am in the planning stages of converting an M200A1 into a trailer dolly. I have the outer rails that attach to a truck frame, ramps and fifth wheel from a 5 ton sourced and have a plan that may work. The plan is to flip the rail and bolt them to the inside of the trailer frame, bolt structural steel across the frame and mount the fifth wheel on top. I don't weld, so grade 8 bolts will be used everywhere.

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

Hire a welder. Have you drilled holes in this green iron? It can be tough on man and tool.
