Ok we all know the allusive air pac is a pain.

I am in the middle of re-building or replacing the one I have.

Upon pulling the unit and dismantling I found that the internal aluinum cup or piston had the cup broken out.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I am contemplating making a dozen or so pistons.

Does anyone see this as being a needed item or not.

Are the internals (pistons) the same as an M35?

I dont think they are the same. Which piston are you talking about, the large 3"-4" one or the small one that pushes the brake fluid? I think the small one is the only gasket different from the 5 ton air pac kits.

I'm gonna need to do an airpack rebuild down the road on my M211...

So PICTURES and descriptions of your disassembly/assembly would be MUCH APPRECIATED!! [thumbzup]

Keep us updated on your progress!!

Thanks In Advance!!
