M220 the same as M211?

Hello, I just purchased a 56 M220 shop truck and was wondering if these are essentially the same as the M211? The M211 seems to be more popular and was hoping parts would interchange, thanks.

The M220 is the shop van variant, the 211 is the cargo. Same chassis, cab and motor otherwise.
