M3 Halftrack rear door latch mounting hole dimensions??

The rear door on my M3 Halftrack is not original. It was fabed up by one of the previous owners. They welded a Sea container latch on it. I bought one of the correct latches that is being sold on ebay. Can anyone tell me what the latch dimensions/spacing are for the screw mounting holes?
