M35A2 Transfer case mounting bracket

I recently had to replace my transfer case in my 1968 M35A2. The replacement transfer case came with a new bracket assembly. Unfortunately, it seems that the bracket assemblies are different. Are these differences normal? If so, where can I find a replacement mount that is the same as the original unit?

Can you not modify the original mount to fit|?. If not I bet you will get action if you use the wanted forum on this site.
