M35a3 fuse question

I know this question has been asked before but not really any helpful answers. Were is the fuse panel / relays on this truck? If i were to add led turnsignals were would the flasher be located if i need to change this? And lastly were could I rob power for additional exterior lighting on My 1995 m35a3? Any answer would help out big time thanks guys im really stumped here.

Locate the TM 9-2320-386-20 manual for answers to your questions. Not familiar with the A3 truck circuitry...may already have LED turn signals..in any case the solid state flasher unit works for LEDs as well as incandescents.

The black outs in the turn signals are LED. Same wit the tail lights. Well on my 1997 they are. -Jay
