Went to start the 543 yesterday and when I let go of the clutch pedal it stayed on the floor. yes the clutch was actually disengaged. I shut it down and checked back about 10 minutes later and the pedal was back up and the clutch engaged. Checked it again today, same story. Is this a linkage or a pressure plate issue? Thanks, Gregg

If it’s a wrecker, check the clutch engagement lever back at the crane controls.
