M66 gun ring on LMTV

Fitted up M66 to LMTV today and measured for the spacer ring required to stop the M66 from rubbing on the cab. In the process discovered I may be missing some parts for the M66.
Checked other threads and pubs forum but don't see a maintenance manual for the M66 that would have a parts breakdown.

Does anyone have a copy of TM 9-1005-335-13&P or similar maintenance pub for the M66?
